Delivery of goods from Daekimporten is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods is done via GLS or DSV.

We make reservations for discontinued items and items that are backordered.
www.daekimporten.dk can not be held responsible for delays and possible costs due to delays or delivery problems.

Cancellation
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on internet shopping, also when you shop at www.daekimporten.dk. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive your item.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity delivered. The warranty is void if you use the product in a way that clearly reduces the product's sales value significantly.
You can not return goods that are made especially to your specifikations.
When buying loose rims, the original packaging is always a significant part of the value of the item. The packaging must therefore always be sent back so that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back.
Before sending the goods, you must contact Dækimporten to get a Handling number to ensure the correct handling when the goods arrive at Daekimporten.

IF you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by transfer to your bank account, once we have RECEIVED the item returned and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation. It is therefore important, that we are informed of your bank information. However, you pay for any freight and return shipping. Expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package - Attach a copy of the order confirmation, information of bank to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.

Warranty
When you shop at www.daekimporten.dk, you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
Complaints must be made promptly after you have discovered the defect in the item. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. We only return the price of the item and any shipping.
When you want to use the warranty a product, you must contact Daekimporten and describe the error and when / how the error was discovered. You will then get a Handling number to ensure the correct handling when the goods arrive at Daekimporten.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packing and get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
Expenses from other workshops will NOT be reimbursed unless agreed with us. We reserve the right to assign a workshop. Always remember to contact us before you start anything in a workshop other than Daekimporten.

If you unexpectedly have a complaint about an item purchased from us, you are welcome to contact us to find a solution.
